Janne Löytänä, Senior Consultant, Founder
janne.loytana@fullonadvisors.fi Janne has worked with Salesforce for over 12 years and with AWS solutions for 3 years. He has, among other things, been responsible for CRM systems on the client side, led major Salesforce implementation and development projects, worked as a consultant in dozens of Finnish and international organizations in the field of Salesforce development. He has also done business management consulting, held positions in the leadership of customer service organizations, and written two books on customer experience. Janne has a total of 14 certifications from Salesforce and AWS. |
